• Navigate will follow on from Understand.

• We will begin with a 30 minute session to create your roadmap and determine the best way forward.​

​​

• Navigate involves breaking your plan down into small, manageable steps and provide a structured, self-help approach that allows you reflect on progress.

 

• We do this via check-ins on WhatsApp, where you go at your own pace.

​​

• If it's useful, I will provide written materials related to the area we have agreed to work on, or even indicate helpful web resources.

​​

• During our check-ins, we will reflect on your progress, deciding either to take the next step or to adjust the previous one as needed. If a bit of extra input is required we can have a short phone or Zoom call.

To be discussed in the Understand session. A typical Navigate package is charged at £125 per month, inclusive. After the first month, this cost can be reduced if a lower level of support is required.
